Ultrakitsch Dolphins by Cosmo Kichman

According to Cosmo, Ultrakitsch is a

"going right over the top with something considered kitsch, highlighting an extreme sense of joy".

Here the artist gives you grasp of his notions.

The music track in the featured video has a certain je ne sais quoi or a an air of recognition, about it, but I'm left wondering if all his light sculptures use the same music track?

Update:
A friend has recently identified the music track as; The Dance Of The Sugar Plum Fairy from the Nutcracker Suite, by Peter Ilich Tchaikovsky, 1892.
